RPZ-20c

The RPZ-20c palletizer mitigates the risk of injury from lifting, moving, and stacking heavy boxes at the end of your packaging line. Integrating Universal Robots UR-20 collaborative robot allows for larger payloads with an extended reach. Deploying a palletizing system with cobot technology provides an affordable, point-of-use automation solution that targets repetitive activities where ergonomic and general safety concerns are present.

RPZ-Max

When it comes to palletizing, the RPZ-MAX allows you to mitigate the risks associated with today’s labor shortage by automating this repetitive and manual end-of-line process. While only requiring an exceptionally small footprint on your production floor, the industrial RPZ-MAX palletizer is safe and easy to use.

The combination of hard-guarding and a pair of light curtains that monitor the pallet bay ensure a safe plant floor. The system is also user friendly, your employees do not need to be robot experts to program the RPZ-MAX. The intuitive user-interface enables users to program, operate, and troubleshoot in minutes, not hours.
